A tribute to hip hop lawyer Ed Woods was shown at the end of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta first episode of season 7. He passed away on December 16, 2017. He represented Stevie J, explaining why the tribute aired at the end of Love and Hip Hop.

In the Instagram post above, Stevie J shares some kind words about Woods. He explains that Ed was his best friend and says that he will be missed. Stevie has been through tons of legal trouble and Woods was always there to help.
