Kerry Washington is losing too much weight and her face looks skinny. She works out with Nonna Gleyzer, a former member of Ukraine’s rhythmic gymnastics team. Gleyzer doesn’t focus on one muscle group during her workouts she focuses on the entire body.
One of Gleyzer’s favorite workouts to do with Washington is Pilates. The exercise aims to develop flexibility, strength and posture. Pilates also improves fitness and gives you a heightened sense of well-being.
Gleyzer doesn’t push Washington too hard and Kerry has been patient. Results in Pilates comes from consistency. If an exercise doesn’t feel right, she does a different one. Washington does Pilates 4 times per week.

Along with Gleyzer, Washington works out with Julie Turner. Kerry and Julie hike on a regular basis. Hiking strengthens your core, glutes and hamstrings. The exercise also improves your blood pressure and lowers your risk of heart disease.
Washington eats healthy to maintain her beautiful body. She drinks coconut water and loves vegan products. Coconut water contains potassium and magnesium. It’s very beneficial after long workout sessions. Washington also does juices and loves Kim Snyder’s smoothies.

Kerry Washington has a beautiful body despite having two kids. Her intense workouts helped her lose weight fast. Washington’s husband, Nnamdi Asomugha is the father of Kerry’s son and daughter.

Washington and Asomugha welcomed their son, Caleb on October 5, 2016. He was born in Los Angeles and Washington looked amazing throughout her pregnancy.

Kerry Washington’s daughter, Isabelle was born on April 21, 2014. Washington is close to Christian Louboutin and when Isabelle was 3, Louboutin designed her a custom pair of pink shoes.
