Roy And Carolyn Head - Sundance's Parents

Roy and Carolyn Head are Sundance Head's parents.  The talented singer made his mom and dad proud! Sundance was named the winner of season 11 of The Voice and Roy has played a major role in his son's career.  Sundance beat Billy Gilman, the runner-up.  The second runner-up was We McDonald while the third runner-up was Josh Gallagher.

Roy Head is a singer who is best known for his free-spirit personality and the hit song, "Treat Her Right." Roy released the track with his group The Traits.  The soul song reached the number two spot on the Billboard pop and R&B charts, behind The Beatles hit song, "Yesterday."

Sundance followed in the footsteps of his father.  Although Roy is very talented, Sundance has learned from many of his mistakes.  Roy's shows were wild.  He would throw his microphone and hit people in the audience.  Once, Roy even hit himself, making his nose bleed.
