The greater than less than is a symbol of John 3:30.  The verse reads, "He must increase, but I must decrease."  This is a very similar message to Philippians 4:13 which Curry has on his shoes: "I can do all this through him who gives me strength."

Stephen Curry's Hebrew wrist tattoo

Stephen Curry has a Hebrew tattoo on his right wrist that means "love never fails." The quote is from 1 Corinthians 13:8.  Steph's beautiful wife, Ayesha, has a matching tattoo on her right wrist.  I love Steph and Ayesha's relationship.  Ayesha hates seeing her man lose and has even accused the NBA of being rigged after the Warriors lost to the Cavaliers in the 2016 NBA Finals.
